How do I purchase an online ticket?

 After you arrive at the page with the embedded player, click on the 'Ticket' button within the player. Upon clicking the button, you will need to select whether you want to pay by credit card or PayPal and enter your payment details. Follow the further instructions on the screen and input the required information. Accept the terms of use and complete the purchase by clicking the 'Place Order' button. The film will start when you click on 'Watch Now'. Simultaneously, we will send you an email with the Ticket ID. This ID can also be used to start the film or watch it on another device. In the player view, there is an option 'Redeem Ticket ID' – clicking on it will prompt you to enter your ID, after which you can watch the film.

 

Which payment methods are offered for purchasing tickets?

 PayPal and credit card.

 

How much time do I have to watch the film?

After the initial play, the film must be watched in its entirety within 48 hours.

 

Can I watch content in HD?

It entirely depends on the film you wish to watch. If the content is provided in HD quality, it will be available to you in HD. However, if it has been solely provided in SD, you can only watch it in that quality.

 

In which countries can I watch the films?

Most films are available worldwide. However, some films are subject to licensing rights and may not be available for viewing in specific regions.

 

What are the system requirements?

You can watch content on PCs running Windows 8.1+ and Intel-based Macs running OS 10.9+. You can also watch films on Android tablets and phones using Chrome and Firefox, and on iPhones and iPads using Safari.

 

What are the requirements for Windows computers?

Windows 8.1 or later.

Can I AirPlay to my AppleTV?

 You can AirPlay from most browsers if you have an AirPlay compatible TV or streaming box by selecting the AirPlay button in the bottom right-hand side of the player. If the icon doesn't appear, unfortunately casting is not supported on your device.

 

Can I Chromecast?

You can cast to a 3rd generation or newer Chromecast stick.

 

Can I connect my computer with a cable to watch on my TV?

Yes. You can directly connect your laptop or computer using an HDMI cable.
